Formatom i ukupnim vizuelnim re\u0161enjem pogodan produkciji poput <em>National Geographic<\/em>, film karakteri\u0161e raskorak izme\u0111u formalnih odlika, koje nalikuju turisti\u010dkoj reporta\u017ei, i sadr\u017eaja, koji poku\u0161ava da od zaborava sa\u010duva sliku sociolo\u0161kog stratuma pre aktuelnih i budu\u0107ih turisti\u010dkih i graditeljskih devastacija podru\u010dja. Okosnicu filma \u010dini pri\u010da o privatizaciji (i njenim posledicama) socijalisti\u010dkog zdanja fabrike za konzerviranje ribe Neptun \u2013 glavnog\/naslovnog junaka. Kola\u017eiranje arhivskog i snimljenog materijala prati monta\u017ena gradacija koja filmski diskurs naviguje od potencijalno epskog do svakodnevno-lirskog pripoveda\u010dkog tona.<\/p>\n<p>Pri\u010da o fabrici predstavlja podlogu za su\u010deljavanje (neoliberalnog) kapitalisti\u010dkog diskursa sa, uslovno re\u010deno, \u201eprimitivnim\u201c praksama, koje vode poreklo iz doba pre industrijske revolucije, a koje su u tom stanju mogle da budu konzervirane unutar socijalisti\u010dkog dru\u0161tva. Audiovizuelna artikulacija intervjua potcrtava razliku izme\u0111u novog vlasnika Neptuna i njegove retorike obavijene kurtoaznim floskulama o kulturolo\u0161koj razmeni i ekonomskom progresu, i oto\u010dkih starosedelaca koji naglas razmi\u0161ljaju o izumiranju odre\u0111enog sistema vrednosti, navika i na\u010dina \u017eivota koji dolazi sa masovnim prodirom informati\u010dkog dru\u0161tva u predele fakti\u010dki nepromenjene jo\u0161 od \u201edoba Isusa Hrista\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>U potkontekstu se i\u0161\u010ditava ne\u0161to od poruke koju \u0161alje Ivo Andri\u0107 svojim izlaganjem <em>O pri\u010di i pri\u010danju<\/em>, o \u017eelji za pripovedanjem vo\u0111enim \u201e\u0161irinom i vedrinom ljudskog duha\u201c. Pri\u010da o ribarstvu, snazi vode i krhkosti kamena spaja razli\u010dite ideolo\u0161ke ta\u010dke gledi\u0161ta, dok kroz pri\u010du o pri\u010danju, o va\u017enosti razgovora koja paradoksalno jenjava sa novom informati\u010dkom revolucijom, film ukazuje na (opet paradoksalno) upitan uticaj savremenih komunikacionih medija na ljudsko pam\u0107enje. Funkcija memorije unutar prevashodno biolo\u0161kog odr\u017eanja vrste \u010dini osnovu za razmatranje pitanja opstanka \u010doveka unutar njegovog prirodnog okru\u017eenja koje se menja ponekad neshvatljivom brzinom. U skladu sa tim, film propituje neke od bitnih (filozofskih) tema dana\u0161njice poput ekolo\u0161kog pitanja i njegovih implikacija unutar i van sistema. Prikazanim i intervjuisanim \u017eiteljima Vis-Komid\u017ee zajedni\u010dka je svest o neraskidivoj povezanosti, u odre\u0111enoj meri i zavisnosti, kao i odanosti prirodnom okru\u017eenju i onome na \u010demu rastu od pamtiveka \u2013 vodi, kamenu i ribi. Arhivski materijal nudi vizuru iz pro\u0161losti koja u harmoni\u010dan odnos postavlja industrijsku proizvodnju i prirodni rast, nasuprot (su\u0161tinski) neekonomi\u010dnoj monetizaciji prirodnih dobara zarad stranog kapitala. Kao alternativno re\u0161enje unutar savremenog politi\u010dkog diskursa, film nudi i prizmu neomarksisti\u010dkog teoreti\u010dara Sre\u0107ka Horvata, koja isti\u010de zna\u010daj endemski konzerviranih oblasti kao kontrate\u017ee poretku \u010diji prerogativ jeste univerzalizuju\u0107e <em>surveillance society<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Povezuju\u0107i atmosferu i tematiku, vi\u0161ezna\u010dni naslov filma prvom re\u010dju aludira na rimskog boga mora i istoimenu fabriku za konzerviranje ribe, dok se drugom potencijalno referi\u0161e na film <em>Nevjera<\/em> Vladimira Poga\u010di\u0107a (1953)<em>, <\/em>snimljen po motivima drame<em> Ekvinocij <\/em>Iva Vojnovi\u0107a. Ne slu\u010dajno, Poga\u010di\u0107ev film predstavlja referentnu ta\u010dku, makar utoliko \u0161to najavljuje narativno oslanjanje na sliku prirode i tematsko aludiranje na neveru koja u oba slu\u010daja dolazi sa \u201eAmerikancem\u201c, pri\u010di pridodaju\u0107i melodramsku intonaciju.<\/p>\n<p><em>Neptunova Nevera<\/em> ambiciozno poku\u0161ava mo\u017eda previ\u0161e toga da stavi u jednu razglednicu, pohranjuju\u0107i vedre portrete onih bez kojih ta razglednica ne bi ni postojala. Film je prikazan na <a href=\"https:\/\/filmoskopija.com\/en\/beldocs-2024\/\">festivalu Beldocs<\/a> u okiru istog slota sa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beldocs.rs\/product\/minel\/\">kratkometra\u017enim filmom <em>Minel<\/em> Tare Gajovi\u0107<\/a>, \u010dija se kompaktna forma zasniva na re\u0111anju slojeva arhivskog i snimljenog materijala koji kontrastiraju se\u0107anje na period aktivnog delovanja ripanjske fabrike za proizvodnju elektrotransformatora sa njenim sada\u0161njim ostacima. Autor je brojnih kriti\u010dkih tekstova, \u010dlanaka i eseja koji se bave temama iz \u0161ireg spektra vizuelnih umetnosti, objavljenih u zemlji, regionu i \u0161ire, kao i vi\u0161e izlo\u017ebenih postavki, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i nekoliko autorskih projekata (Eksperiment kao revolucija (2018), 44 dana (2021)). U svojstvu autora, koautora ili saradnice pri uredni\u0161tvu, dala je doprinos nekoliko me\u0111unarodno recenziranih monografija (Contemporary Balkan Cinema (2020), Refugees and Migrants in Contemporary Arts, Film and Media (2022), Soft Power of the Balkan Screens (2022)\u2026). Autor je brojnih kriti\u010dkih tekstova, \u010dlanaka i eseja koji se bave temama iz \u0161ireg spektra vizuelnih umetnosti, objavljenih u zemlji, regionu i \u0161ire, kao i vi\u0161e izlo\u017ebenih postavki, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i nekoliko autorskih projekata (Eksperiment kao revolucija (2018), 44 dana (2021)). U svojstvu autora, koautora ili saradnice pri uredni\u0161tvu, dala je doprinos nekoliko me\u0111unarodno recenziranih monografija (Contemporary Balkan Cinema (2020), Refugees and Migrants in Contemporary Arts, Film and Media (2022), Soft Power of the Balkan Screens (2022)\u2026).
