Bez pripreme, bez uvodnih kadrova koji bi nam postepeno predstavili filmski svet i prostor, smesta smo ba\u010deni u sredi\u0161te radnje \u2014 tik uz tinejd\u017eerku u agoniji koju posmatramo u krupnom planu. Sa kime razgovara? Koga to nervozno o\u010dekuje? Zbunjenost postaje jo\u0161 ve\u0107a kada se plan blago ra\u0161iri i otkrije nam da je \u017desika (Babet Verbek) u poodmakloj trudno\u0107i.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u017desika boravi u prihvatili\u0161tu za mlade majke zajedno sa jo\u0161 \u010detiri tinejd\u017eerke, gde ih stru\u010dan, isklju\u010divo \u017eenski tim priprema za maj\u010dinstvo i budu\u0107i \u017eivot. Dok je Naimi (Samia Hilmi) posve\u0107en mali ali inspirativan komad <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">screentime<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-a, preostale \u010detiri narativne linije ravnomerno se prepli\u0107u kroz film. Fragmenti \u017eivota protagonistkinja upu\u0107uju na mnogobrojne probleme: \u017desika poku\u0161ava da se pove\u017ee sa biolo\u0161kom majkom koja je odbacuje; Perla (Lisi Lariel) veruje da \u0107e beba spasiti njen odnos sa potpuno nezainteresovanim Robenom (Ginter Dire); Arijan (\u017danaina Aloj) je u konfliktu sa nasilnom majkom alkoholi\u010darkom koja je nagovara da se vrati ku\u0107i; \u017dili (Elsa Uben) strahuje od povratka zavisnosti od droge dok se priprema za porodi\u010dni \u017eivot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Premda vi\u0161elinijska narativna struktura \u010desto predstavlja dramatur\u0161ki izazov, ritam <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mladih majki<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ostaje ujedna\u010den. Posmatrane odvojeno, \u010detiri pri\u010de razvijale bi se sli\u010dnim tokom. Tenzija uspostavljena na po\u010detku javlja se u uvodnim momentima svake linije: \u017desika pani\u010di jer ne ose\u0107a bebine pokrete, a potom ujeda medicinsku sestru; Perla se onesve\u0161\u0107uje; Arijan se upla\u0161i kada se na vratima pojavi nasilni biv\u0161i partner njene majke; \u017dili do\u017eivljava anksiozni napad pred izlazak u spolja\u0161nji svet. Njihovi \u017eivoti zatim nastavljaju da se razvijaju dinami\u010dno, sve dok napetost pred sam kraj filma ne popusti, nude\u0107i relativno pozitivno razre\u0161enje svakoj junakinji. Zbog toga, kada se narativne linije isprepletu, svaka ostaje podjednako upe\u010datljiva i neizvesna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ipak, protagonistkinje i njihove situacije previ\u0161e su kompleksne da bi se u potpunosti obradile u filmu ovog formata. Sve do sada, filmovi bra\u0107e Darden pratili su jedan (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rozeta<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> [<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rosetta<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">] iz 1999.; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dva dana, jedna no\u0107<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> [<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deux jours, une nuit<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">] iz 2014.), eventualno dva lika (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tori i Lokita<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> [<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tori et Lokita<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">] iz 2022.), te je nu\u017eno da \u0107e filmu <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mlade majke<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nedostajati fokusiranost koju su prethodno usavr\u0161ili. Me\u0111utim, to ne zna\u010di da je ovaj ansambl film manje uspe\u0161an \u2014 on jednostavno ima druga\u010diji cilj. Umesto detaljnog portreta izolovanog slu\u010daja, ovde autori oslikavaju mno\u0161tvo sudbina i nevolja koje mogu da zadese lica iste ranjive grupe (u ovom slu\u010daju mlade majke). U tom smislu, oni nude \u0161iri dru\u0161tveni kontekst i ve\u0107u mogu\u0107nost poistove\u0107ivanja sa junakinjama.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mlada gluma\u010dka postava donosi izuzetno uverljive interpretacije. Naturalisti\u010dki pristup filmu prote\u017ee se i na glumu koja je suzdr\u017eana, a istovremeno uspeva da prika\u017ee \u0161irok spektar emocija mladih devojaka, prakti\u010dno devoj\u010dica, li\u0161enih roditeljske podr\u0161ke, finansijske sigurnosti i partnera sa kojima bi podelile odgovornost (\u017dili je jedina koja mo\u017ee da se osloni na svog bri\u017enog i posve\u0107enog momka). Posebno se izdvaja Lisi Lariel, najmla\u0111a glumica sa najmanje prethodnog iskustva, koja autenti\u010dno oslikava Perlinu temperamentnost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rediteljski tretman tipi\u010dno je dardenovski \u2014 autori nemaju za cilj da impresioniraju publiku stilskim intervencijama i tehni\u010dkom virtuozno\u0161\u0107u. Te\u017enja ka realizmu se vidi u njihovom nastojanju da budu \u0161to neposredniji: dugi kadar, prirodno svetlo i odsustvo ekstradijegeti\u010dke muzike. Kamera iz ruke odra\u017eava nestabilnost unutra\u0161njeg sveta junakinja i poja\u010dava ose\u0107aj uvek prisutne nelagode. Ritam nije manipulisan rezovima, ve\u0107 je vo\u0111en dinamikom gluma\u010dke igre koju kamera prati u dugom, kontinuiranom kadru, bele\u017ee\u0107i radnju u realnom trajanju. Putuju\u0107i kroz prostor, kamera je bukvalno prilepljena za radnju i hvata svaki gluma\u010dki gest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iako prili\u010dno surov, film <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mlade majke<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je iznena\u0111uju\u0107e optimisti\u010dan u odnosu na ve\u0107i deo opusa bra\u0107e Darden. Prihvatili\u0161te koje okuplja sve junakinje postaje klju\u010dni prostor njihove emancipacije: uz adekvatnu sistemsku podr\u0161ku i ose\u0107aj zajedni\u0161tva, devojke mogu da se nadaju boljem \u017eivotu. Atmosfera osciluje izme\u0111u strepnje i trenutaka ne\u017enosti, dok kraj ostavlja prostor da svaka od njih izabere sopstveni put, uprkos traumama iz pro\u0161losti i odgovornostima koje nadilaze njih same.
