Proslavljena francuska glumica tuma\u010di Amandu, razvedenu profesorku suo\u010denu sa \u010dinjenicom da njen o\u010duh Martin (Tom Kortni) nastavlja da vodi ljubav sa njenom majkom Lesli (Ana Kalder-Mar\u0161al), koja boluje od sve te\u017eeg oblika demencije. Smatraju\u0107i je nesposobnom za verbalni pristanak, Amanda poziva policiju, \u0161to pokre\u0107e dug i iscrpljuju\u0107 proces sudskog istra\u017eivanja ovog dela slu\u010daja.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posredovanje je pojam koji odre\u0111uje emocionalni i vizuelni jezik ostvarenja. Pote\u0161ko\u0107e u komunikaciji i generacijske razlike prenose se bergmanovski distanciranim kadriranjem prostorija i pritajenim razmenjivanjem pogleda u staklima. Kroz enterijer, odnosno eksterijer, izra\u017eava se i telesna sloboda Gen Z golup\u010di\u0107a: Amandine \u0107erke Sare (Florens Hant) i njenog \u0161kolskog druga, u odnosu na nepogre\u0161ivo <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">middle class <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">starije supru\u017enike koji su, iako vidno zaljubljeni, doslovno i figurativno konstantno na klimavim nogama. Iza vrata Martinovog doma sve je u manirima, ritualima i pa\u017eljivo izabranim poslasticama, dok mladi par vreme provodi u isto\u010dnom delu prestonice, prepoznatljivom po modernisti\u010dkoj arhitekturi i multikulturalnom mno\u0161tvu. Osim nagla\u0161ene prostornosti, film krase i briljantna gluma starije garde, kao i titrava otresitost Florens Hant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hamerov realizam je poput Hanekea u odelu sa askotom. Film ne uskra\u0107uje bljeskove porodi\u010dne ne\u017enosti, koji zatim samo poja\u010davaju hladno servirani krik ljudske nemo\u0107i. U suo\u010davanju sa starenjem voljene osobe, razgrani\u010davanjem izme\u0111u sebi\u010dnosti i brige, pa i sa ve\u010dnom temom klasne pripadnosti u Velikoj Britaniji, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Queen at Sea <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ne pru\u017ea nikakvu utehu. Umesto toga, sav emocionalni tovar filma proizvodi olak\u0161anje pri bolnom poistove\u0107ivanju sa likovima.
